The inspiration came from travelling through Vietnam: brilliant destinations, but a confusing mix of bus companies, booking platforms and pickup instructions. BusConnects is built to make those connections easier to understand.
We’re starting with Vietnam and its neighbours: the bus routes listed in 12Go’s public route index, connected city by city, plus a few in-depth guides in Europe. Each guide brings the journey, booking options and useful planning details together. The network grows as we research more places.

Route pages link to the operator or booking-platform sources used and show a review date. When sources describe different services, we explain the difference. We don’t turn a published example into a claim about current seat availability.
Here is where each kind of fact comes from. The list of routes comes from 12Go’s public route index; a listed route is not a live timetable or fare. Road distances and car times are OpenStreetMap routing estimates without stops, so buses usually take longer. Station names and arrival advice are written by us from the sources cited on each page, such as Wikivoyage, with a review date. Map outlines come from Natural Earth.
Source-reviewed does not mean independently inspected or safety-certified. We don’t invent operator ratings, traveller reviews or “verified” badges. Before booking, confirm the exact departure and conditions with the seller.
Booking links and your privacy.
BusConnects is a route guide, not a ticket seller. Bookings and payments take place with the linked provider, under that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
BusConnects has no accounts and doesn’t collect your name or email. We measure visits with cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog): a random per-tab ID, the pages viewed and clicks on booking links, with no cookies and no personal profile. Search entries can appear in the browser URL. Images and fonts are loaded from Unsplash and Google Fonts, whose servers receive normal browser requests.
Some links are affiliate links. 12Go booking links go through the CJ affiliate network, and extras such as eSIMs, transfers and insurance go through Travelpayouts partners. Some outbound links may also be tracked by Travelpayouts’ link script. If you book through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which routes we list or what we write about them. European operator links are direct links.
